Games are a great team-building activity and playing games at an office event helps coworkers mix and mingle in a relaxed environment. They get a chance to get to know each other better and have some fun at the same time.

Some of these games are great icebreakers, while others are excellent group and team games. You can choose the ones that you find suitable for your office holiday party.
What do I need to do before the office holiday party?
Here are some tips to help you organize the best fun-filled office holiday party games.
- You must choose the games you want to play at the office party.
- Print the game cards according to the number of players or as per the number of teams according to game specifications.
- Gather pens for each player so they can play pen and paper games.
- Gather Santa hats or other props for games that you have chosen to play.
- Assign 2 or 3 neutral judges for active games.
- Arrange some prizes for the winners of each game
1. Find the Coworker Bingo
This is an excellent icebreaker and a perfect game for a large group of people. This is a great game for an Office holiday party.
To play this game print the cards according to the number of players and ask them to mix and mingle to find the coworkers described on the bingo card. The player who finds such players and completes a row horizontally, diagonally, or vertically and shouts bingo wins a small prize.

2. Guess the Coworker Game
This game is perfect for a small setup.
A few days prior to the holiday party, ask the coworkers to bring their childhood photos. Paste the photos on a board and number them. Hang or place the board in a way that everyone can see the photos during the game. Give each player a piece of paper and a pen and tell them to guess the coworker by looking at their childhood picture. The player with the most correct answers gets a small prize. 3. Deck the Coworker
This is a hilarious game that several teams can play to compete against each other.
To play this game gather different decorating items like tinsel, ribbons, bows, Christmas lights, and ornaments for each team before the party.
At the party divide the players into teams of a minimum of two players. One coworker will be the Christmas tree that the other team members have to decorate that person. You can assign a time limit of 5 minutes for decorating the coworker. In the end the team that presents the best decorated coworker wins.

What’s on your desk is an excellent holiday game that can be played at the office right before the holidays.
Print and distribute the game cards among the players and ask them to check the items they have on their desks. They should then collect the points and the person with the highest points wins.
5. Roll and Share
Roll and share is a perfect game for small office setups. You need one printed sheet of this game and a regular six-sided game die.
Players sit around the table and each player rolls a die on their turn. They should then share a story or answer the question based on the prompt mentioned on the game card against that number. The player with the best incident or answer wins.

This is a perfect game for small groups. Take a big stocking and fill it up with small office items or Christmas items. The players sit around a table with a pen and paper in front of them. - Blindfolds for each player
- Drawing paper for each player

Blindfolded players sit around a table with a drawing sheet in front of them and pencils in their hands. Start reading these instructions to them.
- Draw a Christmas Tree in the middle of the paper
- Draw ornaments on it
- Draw some gift boxes under the Christmas tree
- Draw 3 hanging stockings at the right of the Christmas tree
